[NOTICE] Heize’s Official Fan Community Usage Announcement (240701 Ver.)

Heize’s Official Fan Community

Is a space created for Heize and TTEOK. 

To ensure a smoother operation, we have provided the following regulations

Make sure to carefully read the guidelines before using the community. 

[Rules of Usage]

The official Heize fan community will be operated through a “one person, one account” basis. 

* Once an individual has signed up using false information, their account will be permanently suspended. 

* Sharing or account theft may result in suspension and disadvantage on benefits given only to subscribers. 

[Nickname Rules]

1. The usage of nicknames that may confuse others with the artist or staff is prohibited; 

ex) 헤이즈, Heize, 장다혜, 다혜, PNATION, 피네이션, MANAGER, 매니저, 헤이즈매니저, STAFF, 피네이션STAFF, 떡, TTEOK, etc.

2. The usage of other artists, agencies or fandoms names is prohibited;

3. Special characters, spaces (blank), nicknames with emoticons, nicknames with just numbers are prohibited;

4. Vulgar language (explicit wording), obscenity, animosity and other inappropriate nicknames are prohibited.

1. The usage of other artists, agencies or fandoms images are prohibited;

2. Vulgar language (explicit wording), obscenity, animosity, and other inappropriate images are prohibited;

3. Do not use profiles with images or yourself or others.

- Space where all of Heize’s official material and announcements will be posted.

A space for TTEOK to freely interact

- Free Talk: Page to share stories related to Heize.

- Concert Review: A place to share your reviews of Heize’s concerts or events.

- BANGATGAN🏠: A place for TTEOK to verify your visit (a.k.a. attendance board).

[Rules for Writing Posts/Comments]

1. Writing of vulgar language, defamation, sexually suggestive content, posts, or comments criticizing others, defaming the artist or company are strictly prohibited;

2. The creation of controversial posts, speculative comments, sharing of false information in regard to the artist’s personal life are prohibited;

3. Sexually explicit posts, comments or advertisement are prohibited;

4. Other artists, agencies or fandoms should not be mentioned;

5. The creation of posts related to financial transactions such as purchase by proxy, forgery, product transactions or other unauthorized actions are prohibited;

6. The sharing of personal information among members in the community is prohibited;

7. Informal language should not be used among the members in the community. 

* Any posts that are contrary to or misleading to the regulations will be removed at the operator’s discretion. Any continuous violation of these regulations will lead to the users being blocked and having their accounts deleted. 

* Please be careful not to expose yours or others’ personal information (name, date of birth, gender, registration number, ID, etc.)

[Exporting Data]

All materials (including posts, comments, messages, POPs, etc.) written by the artist in Heize’s Official Fan Community should not be leaked on other online or offline platforms. Disadvantages will be applied to those who move the data to other social media platforms and external communities. 

This notice will be constantly updated, 

always showing the latest announcement.
